视网膜切开在复杂视网膜脱离手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨视网膜切开对复杂性视网膜脱离的疗效及并发症。方法 :应用显微玻璃体视网膜手术治疗了 19例 19眼复杂性视网膜脱离患者。结果 :手术后视网膜复位 16眼 ,占 84.2 %。术后 1～ 3个月视网膜脱离复发 4眼 ,3眼再次手术。随访 6～ 2 8月 ,平均 12 . 1月 ,最终视网膜复位 13眼占 6 8.4%。结论Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects and complications of retinotomy for complicated retinal detachment.Methods:Nineteen cases of complicated retinal detachment were treated with micro vitreo retinal surgery and retinotomy.Results:The retinal reattachment was in 16 eyes(84 2%).The recurrent retinal detachment was in 4 eyes within 1～3months postoperatively.Three eyes of them were operated again.The duration of follow up was from 6 to 28 months,The retinal reattachment was in 13 eyes(68 4%).Conclusion:Retinotomy were beneficial to improving curative effect of complicated retinal detachment.
