摘　　要：为提高本科人才培养质量,解决本科毕业论文中的抄袭问题,结合高校本科毕业论文管理工作实际,归纳、指出造成本科毕业论文抄袭问题的主要原因是教学资源不足、教学管理不完善、本科论文定位不合理、学生学术训练相对匮乏、学术问题监管不够得力、教师的学术不端行为等因素,针对以上因素制定实施了相应的治理措施,并通过中国知网大学生论文抄袭检测系统对本科毕业论文进行了检索比对,从抽检结果看,本科毕业论文抄袭问题的治理效果非常显著,毕业论文抄袭现象大幅减少。In order to improve the quality of undergraduate education,solve the problem on plagiarism of undergraduates＇ graduation thesis,combined with reality of teaching management on undergraduates＇ graduation thesis,this article points out that the main reasons on plagiarism of undergraduates＇ graduation thesis are the shortage of teaching resources,defects of teaching management,unreasonable orientation on undergraduates＇ thesis,scarcity of academic training,lacking in supervision on academic problems,teacher＇s academic misconduct,etc.Implementing the corresponding measures in view of the above factors,this article retrieves and compares the undergraduates＇ graduation thesis using ＂The paper copy detection system of college students in China National Knowledge Internet.＂ The sampling results show that the effect of management is significant,and the plagiarism on graduation thesis is greatly reduced.
