摘　　要：在民办高职院校建立"2+1"人才培养模式下的"三导师制",是以培养高素质技能型人才为基本目标,将"三导师制"作为教学模式,融入到日常教学计划当中,构建一个全方位的专业教育平台,将技能训练和创新实践进行有机结合,突出创新意识和创业能力的培养。该模式有利于丰富高职院校学生的专业知识,有利于提高学生的创新能力和技能水平。In private higher vocational colleges to establish a ＂ 2＋1＂ in the talent cultivation mode with＂ Three Tutorial System＂ is to cultivate high-quality skilled talents as the basic goal.Taking the ＂Three Tutorial System＂ as teaching mode into the daily teaching plan,this paper constructs a full range of professional education platform,integrate skills training and innovation practice of organic combination,and stresses innovation consciousness and the cultivation of innovative ability.After three years＇ practice,this model is helpful to enrich the students＇ professional knowledge,and improve students＇ innovation ability and skill level.
