摘　　要：提出了运用实验室资质认定制度的有关理念来解决高校实验室人才队伍中出现的若干问题,为高校实验室人才队伍的建设与管理探索一些思路与对策。Applications of the related concepts in laboratory qualification verification are discussed in order to solve the typical problems involved in the construction of experimental technical team in colleges and universities.Some ideas and countermeasures are explored for the construction and management of the experimental technical team in colleges and universities.
