新建本科院校大学生图文信息需求与服务实证研究——以肇庆学院为例

摘　　要：以肇庆学院为例,对新建本科院校大学生读者的图文信息需求进行问卷调查,研究分析大学生获取图文信息的途径、动机、阅读喜好,对学校图文信息资源的了解程度、利用状况及所利用图文信息资源的主要载体类型,大学生利用图文信息资源的检索途径、能力与主要障碍,以及大学生对学校图书馆图文信息服务项目的满意度与期待。针对调查结果,讨论了提升服务质量的理念和措施。The paper makes a questionnaire survey on graphic and text information demand of undergraduate in Zhaoqing University, a newly-established university. It researches and analyses approaches, main purposes and reading preference of undergraduate＇s accesses to graphic and text information; undergraduate＇s understanding level and use status of university＇s graphic and text information resources, and main cartier categories of graphic and text information resource used; information retrieval approaches, ability and main obstacle of undergraduate＇ s using graphic and text information resource; undergraduate＇s satisfaction and expectation for university library＇s graphic and text information service. Then it discusses ideas and methods to improve the service quality in view of investigation results.
