摘 要:目的为了解川南小型煤矿井下放射性氡的浓度及放射性氡对煤矿工人的职业危害情况。方法采用ATD固体径迹法(累积浓度),并采用微量全血培养法和胞质分裂阻断微核法,分析100名工人的染色体畸变率与微核率情况。结果川南小型煤矿均采用良好的机械通风方式,故所检测的放射性氡浓度未超过国家标准。煤矿工人的染色体畸变率和微核率均正常。结论川南小型煤矿工人未受到放射性氡的职业损伤。Objective To understand the radioactive radon density in small collieries in the south of Sichuan area, and its hazards to miners. Methods Chromosome aberration frequency and micronueleus frequency were determined by using the ATD solid track method (accumulative density) ,peripheral blood lymphocyte and cytokinesis -blocking mieronucleus method among 100 coal miners. Results The collieries in the south of Siehuan area implemented qualified mechanical ventilation, insuring that the detected radioactive radon density staying below the national standards. Conclusions The coal miners at small collieries in the south of Sichuan area haven't suffered occupational hazards caused by radioactive radon.
