摘　　要：目的探索肺癌误诊肺结核的原因,减少误诊。方法对20例肺癌误诊肺结核病历资料进行回顾性分析。结果8例肺癌是因为合并活动性或非活动性肺结核导致误诊,12例是因为缺乏动态观察导致误诊。结论在诊断、治疗过程中要全面考虑、动态观察,防止出现漏诊和误诊现象发生。Objective To explore the causes for misdiagnosis of lung cancer as tuberculosis and thus to reduce the misdiagnosis. Methods Twenty misdiagnosed lung cancer cases were retrospectively analyzed based on medical records. Resuits Eight misdiagnosed lung cancer cases were due to merger or non - active pulmonary tuberculosis and other 12 cases were due to the lack of dynamic observation. Conclusion In the process of diagnosis and treatment, fully consideration and dynamic observation are necessary to prevent misdiagnosis
