基于人体学指标构建非体力劳动人群NAFLD诊断模型并分析其价值

摘　　要：目的以非体力劳动者为研究对象,通过检测人体学指标,寻找简单实用的预测NAFLD诊断模型。方法随机选取非体力劳动者,测量身高、体重、腹围、皮褶厚度等人体学指标及血糖、血脂等生化指标,B超检查诊断NAFLD,通过统计学分析构建人体学指标预测NAFLD诊断模型。结果 NAFLD检出率为50.2%(125/249);通过判别分析方法,构建了腰围和臀围相关的诊断模型,在样本内和样本外的评价均取得了良好的预测效应值;ROC曲线获得的腰围与臀围的临界值具有较高的阳性预测值。结论通过人体学指标构建了NAFLD诊断模型,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To predict the NAFLD by detecting the anthropometric indicators in non- manual groups. Methods The non-manual workers were measured anthropometric indexes （height, weight, abdominal circumference, skinfold thickness） and blood sugar, cholesterol and others. NAFLD was diagnosed by B-ultrasound and NAFLD clinical prediction formula set up through statistical analysis.Resets The detection rate of NAFLD is 50.2% （125/249）. The an- thropometric diagnostic model of the waistline and hipline was built through the discriminate a- nalysis. The diagnostic model had the nice predictive value. The critical values of the waistline and hipline were obtained by ROC curves.Cenclusien The anthropometric diagnostic model has effective predictive value in improving NAFLD detection.
