摘  要:目的:开发以工业组态软件和可编程控制器为核心的生物安全三级实验室自动化监控系统,对实验室进行自动控制和远程监视。方法:针对生物安全三级实验室特有的各房间稳定负压需求、不同区域负压梯度和定向流的特点,以及系统启停和不同工况(正常工作模式、消毒模式、值班模式)切换过程中需满足工艺要求的特性,系统采取风量调节和压差调节相结合的方式,根据安全柜运行台数控制送风变风量阀,根据总送、排风管道压力调节变频器频率,根据房间压差控制排风变风量阀。结果:满足生物安全三级实验室工艺需求,完全符合新规范的要求。结论:该系统采用西门子Win CC组态软件和S7-300PLC来完成实时数据采集和自动控制,在国家疾控中心某生物安全三级实验室运行稳定、可靠。Objective To study the remote monitoring and automatic control system of biological safety level 3 laboratory,the core of which is the configuration software and PLC.Methods According to the special requirements of biological safety level 3 laboratory,which included keeping a stable laboratory negative pressure,maintaining negative pressure gradient and directional flow between different areas and the system switch and transformation of different working conditions(normal working mode,disinfection mode and unattended mode),airflow regulation was combined with differential pressure regulation in the system.The variable-air-volume valve for air supply was controlled based on the number of the safety cabinets in operation,the frequency of the convertor was based on the pressures in the header pipes for air supply and exhausting,and the variable-air-volume valve for air exhausting was based on the differential pressure in the room.Results The requirements of biological safety level 3 laboratory and the new specification were satisfied.Conclusion Siemens Win CC configuration software and S7-300PLC are used for data acquisition and automatic control in the system,and the trial in some biological safety level 3 laboratory of Chinese CDC proves the stability and reliability.
