摘　　要：目的:利用居民健康卡中的门诊和检查数据,为居民提供对自身健康状况的评估和对多种疾病患病风险的预测。方法:基于浏览器/服务器(B/S)架构,以Sun公司的Java server pages(JSP)和Java规范中的Struts框架为主要开发工具,设计居民健康评估系统。结果:完成了健康评估系统的整体架构和功能模块的设计,实现了对居民健康状况和疾病风险的评估。结论:通过该系统的应用,可使居民健康卡中的大量数据得到合理利用,方便居民对健康状况进行管理,预防慢性疾病的发生,从而有效提高居民健康水平,遏制医疗经费的过快增长。Objective To evaluate residents' health status and disease risk by the use of the outpatient data and examination data in Residents' Health Card.Methods A health evaluation system was designed based on B/S(Browser/Server) architecture with the use of JSP(java server pages) and Struts framework as the main development tools.Results The design and implementation of the health evaluation system were completed,including overall structure and function module.Conclusion The application of this system can make full use of the large number of data recorded in Residents' Health Card and make it much easier to manage residents' health condition which results in the decrease of chronic disease,the improvement of health and the slowdown of medical expenses.
