COX-2基因在宫颈癌组织中表达的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨环氧化酶-2(cyclooxy-genase-2,COX-2)在宫颈癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学技术分别对宫颈癌组织和正常宫颈组织中的COX-2蛋白的表达状况进行检测。结果:COX-2蛋白在20例正常组织中不表达,在55例宫颈癌组织中,COX-2阳性表达28例,阳性率为50.9%。癌组织中COX-2的表达率与正常组织比较有差异(P<0.05)。COX-2蛋白的阳性表达率与临床分期差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。COX-2蛋白的表达量与宫颈癌的分化程度和局部淋巴结转移差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:COX-2蛋白的表达与宫颈癌的发生发展有一定关系,可作为预后评估的一项参考指标。Objective：To investigate the expression and clinical signifi- cance of cylooxy-genase-2 （ COX-2 ） in cervical carcinoma. Methods： Im- munohistochemical method was used to respectively detect the expression of COX-2 protein in the cancer specimens and normal cervical tissue. Results： COX-2 expression was free in normal cervical tissues, whereas detected in 28 of 55 cervical specimens （ 50.9 % ）. The expression rate of COX-2 was different between cervical carcinoma and normal tissue （P 〈 0.05 ） , and the positive expression rate of the COX-2 was related to clini- cal stage of the neoplasm. In addition, The quantity of COX-2 expressed in the cancer tissues was significantly correlated with degree of differentiationof cervical carcinoma cell and local lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：COX-2 expression appears associated with development and advancement of cervical cancer, and it may serve as an indictor to estimate the prognosis of this disease.
