摘　　要：《猪的生产与经营》课程是畜牧兽医专业的重要课程。该文介绍了《猪的生产与经营》课程教材、理论教学内容、实验实训、教学目标以及教学方法改革措施。在实际教学和技能培训过程中,通过教学方法改革,不断加强对学生的专业知识运用和实践技能的培养训练,使学生为将来从事畜牧兽医领域的实际工作做好必要的准备,奠定坚实的专业基础。The curriculum of pig production and management is the important professional course in major of Animal husbandry and veterinary Science.This paper introduces couse materials,theory teaching,experiment teaching,teaching goal and teaching method of pig production and management.Through the reform of teaching methods,it should continue to take an effort to train students on professional knowledge and practical skills in order to enable students to make the necessary preparation and lay solid professional foundation in the field of animal husbandry and veterinary field for future practical work.
