双车道公路运行速度计算与安全性评价方法研究

摘　　要：基于对双车道公路车辆运行速度的观测和行驶特性的分析,研究并提出双车道公路运行速度计算方法和预测模型。通过对国内外公路行车安全性评价标准的比较研究,提出以速度变化率为主的双车道公路安全性评价标准与评价方法,以填补我国《公路建设项目安全性评价指南》在这方面的空白。实际应用表明其评价结论较为可靠。On the basis of observation for running speed and analysis for driving characteristics of vehicles on double-lane highways, this paper researches and proposes calculation method and prediction model for running speed on double-lane highways. Based on comparative research on evaluation standards for driving safety on domestic and foreign highways, the paper puts forward evaluation standards and methods for safety of double-lane highways dominated by percentage speed variation to fill the blank of our national ＂Guideline for Safety Evaluation of Highway Construction Projects＂ in this aspect. The actual application shows that the conclusions of evaluation are reliable.
