摘　　要：针对国内的漆包线涂漆设备和工艺的现状,提出超细漆包线涂漆工艺的张力控制的新方法,用张力传感器、PIC16F873单片机控制芯片、力矩电机3个单元组成的控制系统来实现超细漆包线涂漆工艺的张力控制。实验和应用结果表明这种控制的方法对于提高超细漆包线的产品质量具有现实的意义。Based on the present situation of the domestic wire paint coating equipment and technology, the new method of ten-sion control of superfine wire paint process is put forward, tension control of super fine wire paint process is realized by the control system,which is composed of the tension sensor, PIC16F873 single chip microcomputer control chip, torque motor 3 u-nit. The experiment and application results show that it has the meaning of reality of this control method to improve the super- fine wire product quality.
