浅析高校财会队伍的现状与建设

摘　　要：随着高校体制改革的深化及融资渠道的多元化,高校财务管理工作变得更加复杂,对高校财务队伍的综合素质提出了更高的要求。文章根据目前高校财会队伍普遍存在的结构不合理、整体素质低、宗旨意识弱、工作热情低、知识更新慢、团结协作少等现状,提出改善队伍结构、强化宗旨意识、提高服务质量、强化职业道德、提升专业素养、强化一专多能、完善考评机制等加强高校财会队伍建设的建议。Due to the reformation of college system and the diversification of financing channels, the financial management in college be- comes more complex than before. In this case, there are more and higher requirements for overall quality of college financial team. However, there currently are a lot of corrupt customs in college accounting team, such as unreasonable structure, low overall quality, weak guidance consciousness, poor service attitude, weak discipline, low working enthusiasm, weak learning motivation, slow knowledge update, strong selfishness and less cooperation. These corrupt customs seriously affect the efficiency of financial work in college. There- fore, based on the current situation, this paper analyzes the status quo of college accounting team and gives some suggestions for team construction, which aim to improve team structure, improve service quality, strengthen professional ethics, keep professional integrity, pay attention to on - the - job learning, strengthen multi - skill, promote all - round development, improve the evaluation mechanism and vir- tuous atmosphere.
