摘　　要：多元化企业中,由于信息不对称和外部环境不确定性的存在,会导致分部经理存在机会主义行为倾向,而机会主义行为的存在会影响总部的最优决策以及最终收益。本文对分部经理机会主义行为与信息租金抽取权衡关系进行扩展研究。首先对分部经理隐藏信息和隐藏行动综合作用下的信息租金问题进行了研究;其次分析了引入总部监管因素后分部经理的机会主义行为与信息租金抽取之间的权衡问题。In diversified firms, the division managers have the tendency of opportunistic behavior because of the existence of asymmetric information and the uncertainty of external environment. The presence of opportunistic behavior will affect the headquarters optimal decision - making and the final return. This paper makes an extension research about the trade - off relationship between the division managers＇ opportunistic behavior and the extraction of information rent. The paper studies the problem about the managers＇information rent under the comprehensive work headquarters supervision.
