摘　　要：文章阐述了国家和高校国际科技合作的基本情况,总结出我国高校的国际科技合作的特点,如合作以政府和国际组织的资助为主、与发达地区的合作为主、自然科学领域合作多等,并提出了促进我国高校开展国际科技合作的建议,如鼓励教师参与国际合作、杜绝"资源输出型"合作、加强知识产权保护等。Basic situation of international cooperation of Chinese universities was described in the paper.Characters for the international science and technology cooperation（ISTC） of universities were summarized,i.e.,most projects were supported by the government and international organizations,most projects were cooperated with the developed areas,most projects were nature science,etc.Suggestions for promoting international cooperation of Chinese universities were put forward,such as encouraging teachers to take more ISTC,eliminating resources export type cooperation,strengthening the protection of intellectual property,etc.
