摘　　要：以科学发展观的基本理论来做好新时期的思想政治工作,对培养四有新人,推进我国改革开放的进程,促进现代化建设,进而提高人民生活水平,具有极为重要的意义。based on the basic theory of the scientific concept of development to make the ideo- logical and political work in the new period, the culture transforms, and promote the process of China reform and opening up, promote the modernization construction, and improve the peopleg living level, and has very important significance.
