摘 要:美国网络教育是构建学习化社会的全新尝试与探索,它有力地推动了美国的教育改革和社会进步,为世界各国教育信息化提供了可供借鉴的经验。从2003年开始著名网络高等教育研究机构斯隆联盟连续发布了九个年度报告,这一系列报告已成为透视美国网络高等教育发展的一个不可或缺的窗口。针对这九个报告,指出美国大学发展网络教育的推力主要来自于政府、企业和大学三方面,并从以上三大推力着手,分析政府、企业和大学推动网络高等教育发展的原因、方式及效果,探讨三者对美国大学发展网络教育是如何螺旋缠绕、共同作用的。Online education of The United States is It has promoted the American education reform and formation for reference to all countries in the world. a complete and new explore to construct the learning society. social progress and provided the experience for education in- Beginning in 2003, the noted Sloan Consortium published nine annual national reports on the state of online education in U. S. Higher Education. This series of reports has become a necessary way to understand the development of online education in the United States. According to the nine reports, the author analyzes the thrust of the American online education is mainly from government, enter- prises and the universities. Setting about from the above three big thrust, the author analyzes the reasons why the United States put forward the development of online education, what methods they used and the effects they a- chieved and how they can spiral wound together.
