摘　　要：在教师专业化大潮中,提高教师质量成为当代教师教育的必然追求。在《教师教育课程标准(试行)》"育人为本、实践取向、终身发展"理念的引领下,立足教师专业成长的规律,通过课程改革,提升教师专业素养;关注全程实践,使未来教师朝向反思性实践者的方向发展。With the development of teachers＇ professionalization, to enhance the quality of teachers has become the inevitable pursuit of teacher education in the contemporary era. In the ＂Teacher Education Curriculum Standard （Trial）＂, education-oriented,practical orientation, and lifelong development are the basic concepts. In the curriculum reform, based on the rules of teachers＇ professional growth,teachers＇ professional qualities should be improved,whole practice must be focused on,and the future direction is to be a reflective teacher.
