企业迁移决定:来自中国工业企业的经验证据

摘　　要：本文对企业迁移决定因素进行研究,基于中国1998-2008年工业企业微观数据运用probit模型进行整体样本及分地区样本检验。研究发现:(1)企业规模对企业迁移行为具有显著负向影响;(2)企业年龄对企业迁移行为有两方面的影响,"两头"企业较"中间"企业迁移倾向高;(3)企业参与出口并没有显著提高迁移倾向;(4)服务于大市场的企业和拥有低水平基础设施的企业具有较高的迁移倾向。In this paper, we make an analysis on the determinants of firm relocation based on micro data of industrial enterprises from 1998 to 2008 and with probit model to make a test on over- all sample and sub--regional sample. We demonstrate that first, firm size has a negative effect on firm relocation behavior, second, the years of a firm has two kinds of effect on relocation behavior, the relocation level of newly established and old firms is more than that of middle--aged firms. Third, export firms has no remarkable relocation probability. Finally, the enterprises serve for large market and those have low--level of infrastructure have higher relocation probability
