2011年安阳市初中学生视力不良状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解安阳市初中学生视力不良情况以及变化趋势,为制定切实可行的青少年视力防治措施提供参考依据。方法采取随机抽样方法,选取安阳市城区四所初中学生共11 460人进行数据分析,右眼视力数据纳入分析。对每个学生进行标准对数视力表,视力不良定义为裸眼远视力达不到5.0。结果 2011年安阳市初中学生视力不良检出率为70.9%,初一、初二和初三年级的视力不良率分别为67.6%、71.1%和75.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男女生视力不良率分别为65.4%和76.8%(P<0.05);不同年级男女生视力差异也有统计学意义。结论安阳市初中学生随着年级增加,学生视力不良率呈上升趋势。女生视力不良率明显高于男生。Objecttive To evaluate the present eyesight conditions of the teenage students in AnYang and to provide information and evidence for eyesight protection among students. Methods four junior middle school students（ 11460 subjects ）data were selected for analyzed according randomized sampling method. Right eyes data were used. Results Among all students the prevalence of poor eyesight was 70.9 %, The difference among three grade is significant（P〈0.05）; the poor eyesight prevalence of male and female objects were 65.4 % and 76.8 % respectively, The difference in male and female eyesight is also significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion with the increase of the grade, the prevalence of poor eyesight were arising, the prevalence of poor eyesight is higher in female than in male.
