摘 要:目的:探讨品管圈在消化内科饮食管理中的应用效果。方法:成立品管圈,通过品管圈活动步骤,运用质量管理常用工具对消化内科患者饮食管理中存在问题进行改进,并将改进前后状况进行比较。结果:开展品管圈活动后患者饮食管理缺失率低于活动前(P<0.01)。此外,圈员的工作热情、个人表达能力、创造性思维、责任与荣誉、品管圈手法运用及团队精神均有明显提高。结论:运用品管圈对消化内科患者饮食进行管理,不仅保证了患者正确合理地摄入营养,促进康复,还提升了护士各方面的能力。Objective : Research about the application effects of quality control circle (QCC) for the dietary management of digestion medicine. Methods :To establish and apply quality control circle and to improve the questions of dietary management by common tools of quality management. Compared the condi- tions before and after modification. Results: Carried out the quality control circle activity after patients diet management deficiencies rates lower than before (P 〈 0.01 ). In addition, ring' work enthusiasm,personal skills, creative thinking, responsibility and honor, QCC techniques and team spirit were improved obviously. Conclusion : The application of QCC on the dietary management of digestion medicine not only guarantees the proper nutrient intake of patients and their recovery, but also improves the all - round ability of nurses.
