摘  要:介绍一种输馅稳定、定量准确,无泄漏、无污染、环保,可在食品包馅机械输馅中广泛应用的双极变量叶片泵的设计与计算。此泵较好地解决了食品包馅机械在输馅过程中泄汤、馅脉动、供馅不稳,制品含馅量误差大的弊端,是一种较为理想的输馅泵。The thesis introduces a design of bipolar variable vane pump which can be widely used in stuffing machine during the process of filling. This pump is stable and accurate, it is also non-leakage, non-pollution and environmentally friendly. The design of this pump has solved the problem of leaking soup during inputting stuffing; it also improved the abuse of old pump, such as stuffing pulsating, filling unstable and inaccurate product weight. It is an ideal filling pump.
