摘  要:为探讨不同杂交组合育肥猪胴体品质及肉质性状的差异,选用体重30 kg左右的长×大、巴×长×大、杜×长×大3种杂交阉猪各15头,饲养至100 kg左右,每组选6头进行屠宰试验,测定胴体品质与肉质性状。试验结果显示,3个杂交组合的猪都符合优质瘦肉型猪的要求,杜×长×大组的胴体性状最好,其屠宰率、眼肌面积、瘦肉率显著高于长×大组(P<0.05);巴×长×大组的肉质性状最好,其肉色、大理石纹显著优于杜×长×大组和长×大组(P<0.05)。结果表明,杜×长×大组的胴体性状较好,巴×长×大组的肉质性状较好,采用杜洛克做杂交父本可提高后代猪的胴体性状,采用巴克夏做杂交父本可提高后代猪的肉质性状。In order to study the differences of different hybrid eombinationsfinishing pigs carcass quality and meat quality traits, select weight about 30 kg Landraee × Large white, Berkshire × Landrace× Large white and Duroc × Landrace × Large white three crossbred barrows, each group with 15 heads, feeding to about 100 kg, choose 6 heads from each group were slaughtered trial. The result showed that, the three crossedeombination pigs accord with the quality requirements of lean pigs, the best carcass traits is Duroc × Landraee × Large white group, its slaughter rate, eye muscle area, lean meat percentage significantly higher than that of Landraee × Large white group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Berkshire × Landraee × Large white group' s meat quality traits is the best,and its flesh - colored, marbling significantly better than thegroup of Duroc × Landrace × Large white and Landraee × Large white ( P 〈 0.05 ). Therefore, carcass traits of Duroc × Landraee× Large white group is better, and meat quality traits of Berkshire × Landrace × Large white group is better, using Duroc do hybrid paternal can improve carcass traits of offspring pig, using Berkshire do hybrid paternal can improve meat quality of offspring pig.
