肝癌切除术后口服UDCA血清胆汁酸浓度变化情况分析

摘　　要：目的对原发性肝癌手术切除患者服用熊去氧胆酸(UrsodeoxycholicAcid,UDCA)后血清胆汁酸浓度变化进行分析,为临床治疗提供合理建议。方法抽取2009-01—2011-01服用过UDCA的原发性肝癌手术患者病历89份进行分析。结果①用药前血清胆汁酸浓度变化值最大值为131.1μmol/L,最小值为-69.0μmol/L,四分位数间距为15.3μmol/L;用药后血清胆汁酸变化值最大为275.2μmol/L,最小值为-49.0μmol/L,四分位数间距为30.5μmol/L。②与用药前血清胆汁酸浓度变化相比,用药后血清胆汁酸浓度明显升高,P<0.01。结论在临床治疗过程中,原发性肝癌手术患者服用UDCA会显著升高其血清胆汁酸浓度,应结合具体情况合理用药。Objective To analyze the serum bile acid density changes on sufferers with oral take of UDCA after primary liver cancer resection so as to provide reasonable recommendations for clinical treatments.Methods The medical records of 89 cases with primary liver cancer resection taking UDCA from January,2009 to January,2011 were selected and analyzed.Results ①The maximum value of serum bile acid concentration changes before taking UDCA was 131.1 μmol/L, while the minimum value was - 69.0 p, mol/L, inter-quartile range was 15.3 μmol/L.Ailer medication,the maximum value was 275.2 p, mol/L while the minimum value was -49.0 p, mol/L,inter-quartile range was 30.5 μmol/L. ②The serum bile acid density aiter taking UDCA increased significantly compared with that before medication, P〈 0.01 .Conclusion In clinical treatment, serum bile acid density will increase clearly in sufferers with primary liver cancer resection taking UDCA, which results in rational drug use according to specific circumstance.
