摘　　要：超临界CO2萃取香附-川芎中挥发油的最佳工艺条件是:萃取压力35 MPa,萃取温度45℃,CO2流量8 L/h,萃取时间2 h,挥发油收率可达7.01%。该工艺稳定、收率高,可为工业化生产提供参考。The optimal extraction process of volatile oil from Rhizoma Cyperi and Chuanxiong hort by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction were as follows：pressure 35 MPa, extraction temperature 45 ℃, CO2 flow 8 L/h,extraction time 2 h,the extraction rate 7.01%. This process was stable and had a high extraction rate, which would provide reference for the industrialized production.
