摘　　要：目的了解宁夏美沙酮门诊海洛因成瘾者在治疗期间感染艾滋病情况,为提高美沙酮维持治疗的干预效果提供科学依据。方法所有数据均来源于宁夏社区美沙酮维持治疗管理系统,对日常工作中收集到的调查问卷和实验室检测数据经Excel导出后,使用SPSS统计软件进行分析。结果宁夏美沙酮门诊HIV阴性治疗者治疗期间HIV感染率为0.18%,既往有注射吸毒行为者感染率0.41%(6/1 468),无注射吸毒行为者感染率0.04%(1/2 439),共用针具和未共用针具的感染率分别为0.25%和1.52%。结论受治人员在治疗期间偷吸毒品、共用注射器静脉吸毒和不安全性行为是导致HIV传播的因素。Objective To understand the patients with HIV infection during the cure period of the heroin acidhead in metha-done clinic in Ningxia, and to provide science basis for raising the methadone maintenance treatment. Methods The data of community in Ningxia methadone maintenance treatment management system were obtained from questionnaires and laboratory examinations in daily work, and then the data was analyzed. Results The rate of HIV infection during the cure period of the heroin addicted in Ningxia meth-adone clinic was 0.18%. Among them, the rate of people who had already injected drug was 0.41% （6/1468）, the rate of people who had never injected drug was 0.04% （1/2439）, and people who had public needle and who didnl have public needle was respectively 0.25% and 1.52%. Conclusion It causes HIV＇s spread which a part of patients secretly taking drugs by using public needle and un-safe sex during the period of treatment.
