摘　　要：根据常州工程职业技术学院焊接专业的定位和服务特种设备制造行业的特点,通过企业实践、行业技术培训、国外培训、技能竞赛等,探索了培养专业教师具有特种设备制造技术资格的途径。According to Changzhou institute of technology of profession of engineering of welding professional positioning and the characteristics of service special equipment manufacturing industry, through the enterprise practice, industry technical training and overseas training, skills competitions, explores the professional qualifica- tion of teachers with special equipment manufacturing technology.
