摘　　要：高职学生综合素质量化管理是使素质教育走上定量评价之路的重要途径和手段。建立高职学生综合素质量化管理系统为全面落实与实践学生综合素质量化管理提供了保障。就系统建立的意义、综合素质量化管理系统的设计与实现进行了描述。运用软件工程思想,进行了系统分析与设计、数据库设计及系统测试与实施。对系统开发工具和使用的主要技术以及系统的开发方法和开发原则进行了描述。Higher vocational college students＇ comprehensive quality Quantitative Management is the ways and means to begin quantitative evaluation of the quality of education. Establishing the quantitative management system provides protection for the full implementation and practice of the students＇ overall quality Quantitative Management. The significance of establishing the management system, the design and Implementation of the system are described in this article. Software engineering ideas are used in systems analysis and design, database design and system testing and implementation. System development tools, the use of main technologies as well as the development method and principle of the system are described.
