摘 要:选择北皂矿的褐煤、蔡园矿的气煤、西曲矿的焦煤和古汉山矿的无烟煤作为研究煤样,模拟深部煤层的温度条件,开展了不同温度下煤的平衡水分试验,对深部煤层含水率进行物理模拟,对试验数据进行了假设检验和参数估计,分析了平衡水分含量与煤级及温度之间的关系.试验结果显示,相同温度条件下,平衡水含量随煤级先降低,后升高.在煤级相同的前提下,煤样平衡水分含量,随试验温度升高而降低,30~40℃时,变化十分明显,40~50℃时,基本保持不变.分析表明,同煤级条件下,埋藏深度增加,煤层温度升高,煤层含水率减小,因此,深部煤层中含水率要低于浅部煤层,但到达一定埋藏深度后,煤层含水率减小的趋势不明显,温度因素可能不再对煤层含水率产生影响.Under the temperature conditions in a deep coalbed, the equilibrium moisture experiments on coal were carried out with wood coal and gas coal and coking coal and blind coal. By means of a physical simula- tion on the moisture content of a deep eoalbed and the hypothesis testing and parameter estimation of experi- mental data, the relationship between the equilibrium moisture content and coal rank and temperature was ana- lyzed. The experiment results show that the equilibrium water content firstly decreases and then increases with coal rank in the same temperature conditions. And in the same coal rank conditions, the equilibrium moisture content decreases with increasing temperature, which is very obvious at 30℃ to 40℃ and is keeping un- changed essentially. The analysis show that the coalbed temperature rises and the oalbed moisture content de- creases with the burial depth increasing in the same coal rank conditions. Therefore, the moisture content of a deep coalbed is less than a shallow coalbed, but temperature factors may no longer have an impact on the coal moisture content in a certain burial depth and the coal moisture content will keep unchanged.
