产业视角下民营企业研发投资的实证研究

摘　　要：以2002—2008年中国民营企业调查数据为样本,通过非参数检验和单因素分析,从产业视角对研发投资进行实证分析。研究发现三大产业间的研发投资可能性、研发投资强度、研发投资总额等方面存在差异,部分年份差异显著,总体呈现不同的发展趋势。本研究从宏观政策与市场环境两方面,为政府推动产业创新、明确民营企业的研发投资主体地位提供了政策启示。This paper conducts an empirical analysis on R＆D investment in private enterprises basing on industrial perspective through non-para- metric tests and Single factor methods by second-hand data of Chinese private enterprise from 2002 to 2008. The study finds that there exit some obvious differences on R＆D investment total, possibility and intensity among three industries. This study, based on both macroeconomic policy and market-environment, provides policy revelations for the government to promote industrial innovation and define the dominant position of private enterprises in R ＆ D investment.
