和络舒肝胶囊与复方丹参片改善肝纤维化疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较和络舒肝胶囊与复方丹参片改善肝纤维化的疗效。方法:140例乙型肝炎肝硬化患者随机分为两组,分别予复方丹参片、和络舒肝胶囊。比较治疗48周后两组肝功能、纤维化指标。结果:治疗48周后,两组肝功能、纤维化指标均有明显改善,治疗后和络舒肝组LN及C-Ⅳ低于丹参组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:和络舒肝胶囊与复方丹参片均可明显改善改善肝纤维化;和络舒肝胶囊在降低LN、C-Ⅳ方面显示了更明显的效果。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Heluo Shugan capsule and salvia mihiorrhiza tablet in the liver fibrosis.Methods： 140 cases of liver fibrosis caused by hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups, salvia mihiorrhiza group and Heluo Shugan capsule group.Liver function and liver fibrosis were tested respectively before and after therapy.Results： The liver function and liver fibrosis had been improved obviously after therapy.The difference of serological LN and C- IV after therapy were statistically significant in two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Both Heluo Shugan capsule and salvia mihiorrhiza tablet could improve liver fibrosis.Heluo Shugan capsule is superior to salvia mihiorrhiza tablet in LN and C- IV .
