摘 要:高度近视是指的是近视度数大于-6.00D,伴有眼轴延长、眼底视网膜和脉络膜萎缩性等退行性病变为主要特点的遗传性致盲病。表现为儿童学龄(前)期出现近视,近视度数进行性增加,眼底视网膜脉络膜病变逐年加重,从而产生许多严重的并发症。因而检测、监测其视网膜功能改变及异常定位,对减少和预防并发症的发生显得尤为重要。近年来,视网膜电图特别是多焦视网膜电图的应用,为早期客观评价视网膜功能提供了有力的技术支持。本文将主要就视网膜电图在评估高度近视视网膜功能改变方面的应用进行综述。High myopia is more than -6.00D, with axial extension, retinal and choroidal atrophy and other degenerative diseases as the main features of hereditary blinding disease.School-age children (or preschool) myopia, progressive increase in myopia, retinal, choroidal lesions gradually increased, resulting in many serious complications.Thus detection, monitoring changes in the retinal function and abnormal positioning of the reduction and prevention of complications is very important.In recent years, application of ERG, especially the multi-ERG, provides strong technical support on early and objective evaluation of retinal function.This paper will review and focus on assessment of retinal function changes of high myopia with ERG.
