摘　　要：本文结合成功申报省级实验教学示范中心的具体实践,从实验教学团队的内涵及意义入手,在指出目前实验教学团队建设中存在问题的基础上,重点提出实验教学团队建设既要建立相应的动力机制,也要与学校的教学改革相结合,还要与学校的精品课程、专业的建设相结合。Combining with the concrete practice of declaring successfully the provincial experimental teaching demonstration center,this paper pointed out the existing problems of current experimental teaching team construction through analyzing the connotation and significance of the experimental teaching team.It puts forward emphatically that the construction of experimental teaching team should establish the corresponding dynamic mechanism,and combine with the teaching reform,excellent course construction and specialty construction of the universities.
