摘　　要：将成就目标定向理论运用于高校排球公共选修课中,根据排球运动的规律和特点,采用多种教学手段激发学生的学习兴趣,使学生在学习过程中加深对技术动作的理解和运用.通过对教学效果的及时反馈,在教学中建立相应的评价方法,使高校公共体育教学逐步系统化、完善化.This paper by means of the application of the achievement goal orientation theory teaching in the college public optional course, and also combines the regularity and specialty of the volleyball, through the variety of teaching methods to stimulate the students＇ study interest, so that the students can deepen the understanding and application of the volleyball skills. With the feedback of teaching effect,and building the evaluation methodology during the teaching,to make the college public PE teaching gradually become more systematized and completed.
