桑沟湾水体中有机氯农药时空分布特征

摘　　要：利用气相色谱法分析并结合外标法,定量测定2009年4个航次桑沟湾海域水体中8种有机氯农药的质量浓度,探讨了有机氯污染物在该海域组成以及时空分布特征。结果表明,DDTs类农药是桑沟湾水体中主要的有机氯农药种类。该海域有机氯农药质量浓度分布特征呈现8月份较高,10月和12月份次之,4月份最低。与其他海域相比,其有机氯农药质量浓度处于中等水平。桑沟湾的水体中HCHs和DDTs质量浓度均符合国家一类海水质量标准。Four cruises were carried out in the Sanggou Bay in 2009 in order to investi- gate the concentrations of organochiorine pesticides （OCPs） in the seawater of the bay. The contents of eight OCPs were determined by using GC/ECD and external standard quantitative method and the temporal and spatial distributions and compositions of or- ganochlorine poluttants in the seawater of the bay were discussed. The results indicate that the main type of OCPs in the seawater of the bay is dichlorodipheny--trichloroeth- anes （DDTs）. The monthly distributions of OCPs show that the concentration of OCPs is the highest in August, then in October and December, and the lowest in April. Com- pared with those in other domestic and abroad inshore areas, the total concentration of OCPs in the Sanggou Bay is at a middle level, and the content of hexachlorocyclohex- anes （HCHs） and DDTs in the seawater reaches to the Grade 1 of national sea water quality standard.
