摘　　要：为给相关管理部门开展供应链绿色监督管理提供事前管理依据,从管理者、股东、上下游企业、内部员工、消费者、竞争者、社会大众、政府机关共八个层面提出了供应链绿色驱动强度的评价指标。在此基础上,通过分析各项指标之间的关联影响关系从目标层、网络层、方案层三个层次构建了开展评价的系统分析结构,并结合ANP提出了供应链绿色驱动强度评价方法,最后采用案例模拟分析说明了提出方法具有应用可行性。In order to provide precautious supervision and management suggestions to relevant departments for green supply chain management, several driving strength evaluation indices are presented in views of eight levels： mangers, shareholders, upstream and downstream firms, inner employees, consumers, competitors, and government agencies. Based on these presentations, a systematic analytical structure with target layer, network layer and alternative layer is constructed to perform evaluation under the situation in which there are complex as- sociations and influence relationships among indices, and a driving strength evaluation method is established for supply chains based on ANP. A case simulation analysis is used to illustrate the application of the proposed method finally.
