摘　　要：循证实践能力包括循证医学知识、实践技能和实践态度,是临床医师必备的素质。临床实习是医学教育理论联系实际的重要教学阶段。提高医学实习生的循证实践能力,是培养他们成为合格临床医师的关键。以医学实习生为调查对象,分析其循证实践能力的影响因素,探讨提高医学实习生循证实践能力的对策。Evidence-based practice competencies include knowledge, skills and attitudes of evidence-based medicine, are the essential qualities of clinicians. The clinical internship is an mportant teaching stage linking medical theory with practice. Improving the evidence-based practice competencies of medical interns is a key role to train them to become qualified clinicians. In this study, the interns in our university were investigated with questionnaires about the influencing factors of the evidence-based practice competencies. The countermeasures were found to improve the competencies of evidence-based practice
