摘　　要：目的:探讨心理干预在首老年抑郁症患者护理中的作用。方法:将68例老年抑郁症患者,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各34例,进行为期8周的疗效观察。用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及老年抑郁量表(The Geriatric Depression Scale,GDS)评定疗效。结果:治疗8周后干预组HAMD、GDS评分,评定显示干预组评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:心理干预能显著提高首发老年抑郁症患者的护理效果,改善临床疗效及缩短疗程,维持患者的社会功能,促进康复。Abstract ： Objective ： To explore the nursing effect of psychological intervention in elderly patients with de- pression. Methods： 68 cases of elderly patients with depression were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, with 34 cases for each group. They received eight weeks of curative effect observation, us- ing Hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA） and the Geriatric Depression Scale （GDS）to evaluate curative effect. Re- suits： Eight weeks after treatment, HAMD and GDS grading evaluation show that the intervention group scores were significantly lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Psychological intervention can significantly improve the nursing effect for elderly patients with depression, improve the clinical curative effect and shorten treatment duration, maintain the social function of patients, and promote the reha- bilitation.
