摘 要:汽车发动机怠速运转时方向盘的抖动严重影响驾驶舒适性,利用振动测试与模态分析方法研究方向盘怠速抖动原因,发现方向盘工作状态模态频率与发动机二阶激励频率相近,从而引起方向盘共振。为降低方向盘振动,提出两项改进措施,包括结构优化和方向盘轻量化设计。最后通过试验验证了改进措施的有效性。Vibration tests and modal analysis method were used to recognize the cause of steering wheel' s shaking under idling operation of a car engine, it was found that the steering wheel' s operating modal frequency is close to the engine' s second order excitation frequency, so the resonance of the steering wheel appears. Two improvements including structural optimization and lightweight design of steering wheel were presented to solve this problem. The effectiveness and rationality of the improvements were verified through tests.
