摘　　要：目的探讨知识讲座在提高乡镇医院医护人员对小儿脑性瘫痪认知中的作用。方法2011年1月～2012年12月采用自行设计的小儿脑性瘫痪问卷调查表对百色市4个乡镇医院医护人员共97人进行问卷调查，根据调查结果，对调查对象进行有关小儿脑性瘫痪知识讲座。1周后再次发放以上量表，比较开展知识讲座前后乡镇医院医护人员对小儿脑性瘫痪认知的差异。结果进行知识讲座后，乡镇医院医护人员对小儿脑性瘫痪认知程度[（34．37±1．03）分]、优秀率（16．49％）与实施知识讲座前[（25．79±4．28）分、1．03％）]比较。差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．01）。结论加强对乡镇医院医护人员脑性瘫痪相关知识培训，以提高对脑性瘫痪认知水平，学会鉴别脑性瘫痪高危儿，才能做到早发现，早诊断、早治疗，提高治疗效果，减少伤残率，减轻患儿家长的心理负担和经济负担，提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of knowledge lecture in improvement of the cognition of children＇s cerebral palsy in township hospital medical workers. Methods From January 2011 to December 2012, 97 medical workers came from 4 township hospitals of Baise City were asked to fill in the children＇s cerebral palsy questionnaires designed by the researchers, and then the medical workers were asked to attend the special knowledge lectures about cerebral palsy according to the result of the survey. The medical workers were given the questionnaires 1 week later to find out the difference of their cognition about children＇s cerebral palsy. Results After listening to the knowledge lecture about cerebral palsy, the medical workers＇ cognition degree of children＇s cerebral palsy was （34.37±1.03） points and the good medical care rate was 16.49%, compared with before listening to the knowledge lecture [（25.79±4.28） points and 1.03%], the differences were statistically significant （all P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The township hospital should emphasize the train of township hospital medical workers about the related knowledge of cerebral palsy, to increase their cognition level of children＇s cerebral palsy, help them to identify high-risk cerebral palsy infant, in order to achieve the goal of early detection, early diagnosis and treatment, increase the curative effect, reduce the impairment rate, so that can lighten the psychological and economical burden of patriarch, improve their life quality.
