西南少数民族地区新农村建设文化路径的理论维度及现实依据

摘　　要：当代马克思主义文化哲学认为,文化作为人类实践活动的对象化,是内化到人的活动和社会运动各个领域之中的历史地凝结成的基本生存方式,社会整体的有机联系与历史进程都无法离开内在的文化机理或文化动力。西南少数民族地区的贫困与落后是多层面的,深层次上是文化贫困,其新农村建设不仅肩负脱贫的重任,更肩负民族传统文化现代化转型的使命。从文化的视觉探讨其新农村建设的战略路径,是西南少数民族地区新农村建设题中应有之义,也是以人为本的内源性建设路径,符合科学发展的要求。The contemporary Marxism cultural philosophy thought culture as human＇ s activities objectivity, which is the basic survival ways condensed in history of human activities and social movement in all fields. Society organic connection and course of history both cannot leave the cultural mechanism or cultural power. The poverty and back- wardness of southwestern minority areas is muhifaceted, and the deepseated reason is cultural poverty. The new rural constructions not only shoulder the burden of poverty alleviation, but also shoulder the mission of the modernization transformation of ethnic traditional cuhure. Discuss strategic path of the new rural construction from the cultural visual is the proper meaning and is also peopleoriented endogenous construction path, which accords with the requirement of scientific development.
