摘  要:目的:研究两种大豆多肽即大豆多肽2号粉和3号粉对1年生毛脉酸模根中蒽醌类和酸模素生物量的影响。方法:将大豆多肽以叶面喷洒和根部灌注两种施加方法分别以高中低三种浓度施加于1年生毛脉酸模植株,两因素完全随机的实验设计,采用高效液相法测量其根中的蒽醌类成分含量。结果与结论:大豆多肽对毛脉酸模根中蒽醌类成分和酸模素的含量没有显著性影响,而对其产量及根折干率均有显著性影响。Objective:To study the effects of soybean polypeptide on biomass, anthraquinones and musizin in Rumex gmelini Turcz. Method : Soybean polypeptide No. 2 powder and No. 3 powder were confected into the high, middle and low aqueous solution of density respectively, then were made experiments on one - year Rumex gmelini Turcz. With roots poured and leaves sprayed randomly. HPLC method was applied to determi- nate the contents of anthraquinones in R. gmelini. Result and Conclusion:The ratio of dry weight to freash weight of root and content of anthraquinones in the Rumex gmelini T. were affected significiantly under fertili- zing soybean polypeptide. But they had no significant effect on anthraquinones content in Rumex gmelini T.
