通补消积饮对人肺腺癌A549细胞增殖影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究通补消积饮对人肺腺癌A549细胞增殖的抑制作用。方法:MTT法检测不同含药血清对肺癌A549细胞增殖的影响。结果:通补消积饮低、中、高剂量含药血清组作用24h抑制率分别为(7.85±2.57)%,(14.32±2.73)%,(17.99±1.86)%;作用48h抑制率分别为(15.33±2.79)%,(28.63±2.09)%,(33.15±1.71)%;作用72h抑制率分别为(21.58±1.81)%,(33.96±1.66)%,(38.63±2.03)%。结论:通补消积饮可明显抑制人肺腺癌A549细胞的增殖。Objectives：To investigate the inhibited proliferation of Tongbu Xiaoji Yin to A549 cells. Methods： A549 cell lines were cultivated with normal serum and different concentrations of serum containing, Tongbu Xi- aoji Yin. The MTT was used to study the inhibitive rate of A549 cells. Results： A549 cells were treated by Tongbu Xiaoji Yin with low, medium and high dose medicated serum , the inhibitive rates of 24h were （7.85 ± 2.57） %, （ 14.32 ± 2.73 ） %, （ 17.99 ± 1.86 ） %, respectively, the inhibition rates of 48h were （ 15.33± 2.79 ） %, （28.63± 2.09 ） %, （ 33.15± 1.71 ） % respectively and the rates of 72h were （ 21.58± 1.81 ） %, （33.96 ± 1.66 ） %, （38.63 ± 2.03 ） %, respectively. Conclusion ： Tongbu Xiaoji Yin can restrain the prolifera- tion of A549 cells significantly.
