摘 要:以Q235钢板为实验材料,通过改变枪发切割弹弹内装药长度研究弹内的压强、燃烧速率、喷嘴流速及侵蚀效应的有无,进而研究其对切割效果的影响。结果表明,对于本配方切割剂,装药长度较小时,切割时间短,不利于切割操作;装药长度为80mm左右时切割弹工作时间达到4.5s,并可切割透20mm厚钢板;随着装药长度的增加,弹内发生侵蚀效应,破坏切割弹工作原理,切割效果较差。With Q235 steel plate as the experimental material, the pressure, combustion velocity, flow velocity of nozzle and erosive burning of curing ammunition were studied, by changing the charge length of the cutting ammunition, then the cutting effect with different charge length was also researched. The results show that, for this thermite constituent shorter charge length can only make short cutting time, which lead bad cutting operation. While the charge length is about 80mm, the working time of cutting reach 4.5s and the ammunition can cut steel plate with 20mm thickness. With the increase of charge length, the erosive burning happen, which damage working principles of the cutting ammunition and make the cutting effect poor.
