摘　　要：创新能力是大学生能力素质的一个重要组成部分。本文分析了具有创新能力学生的一般特征 。Innovation ability is one of important components of capacities for undergraduate.This paper analyzed the common characteristics of the students of innovation ability,especially discussed detailed measures adopted to promote innovation ability for undergraduate student.It is helpful for us to understand the students of innovation ability properly and try to make them become pioneering and creative talents.
