摘　　要：针对抗菌药物信息化管理的现状、原因进行了分析,阐述了抗菌药物管理的重点及医院管控的难点,介绍了语义技术在抗菌药监管中的优势,创新性地提出基于语义技术的抗菌药物合理使用系统的系统框架,有效利用临床海量信息,通过打造语义数据互操作平台,减轻临床医生专业负担,最终实现抗菌药的智能化监管。Abstract In this paper we analyze the present situation of the informaation management for the antibacterial agents. The key points for antibacterial drug management and the difficulties of its hospital management are also discussed. This paper introduces the advanced semantic technology into the monitoring on the use of antibacterial agents, innovatively put forward ideas to develop a semantically- enabled system for rational use of antibacterial agents, so that massive clinical information wiU be used effectively. This semantic system with the support of data interoperability can reduce clinicians＇ professional burden significantly and provides a basic infrastructure for the intelligent monitoring on the use of antibacterial agents.
