摘　　要：从英国人民的思维方式、文化传统等方向对英国高等教育进行分析,探讨传统如何深刻地影响英国高等教育,进一步探讨英国高等教育如何在传统和变革之间延续,为中国高等教育改革提供借鉴和启示。Analysis of British higher education is base on the way of thinking, cultural traditions of the British people, to ex- plore the profound impact of tradition on British higher education and to further explore the way British higher education con- tinuing between traditions and change, providing references and revelations for the reform of higher education in China.
