摘　　要：信息技术在教育当中的普及应用,对教师发展提出了新的要求。本文首先探讨了传统课堂教学中的教师角色,并基于信息技术在教学中的应用,分析了信息环境对教师能力发展提出的新要求,最后,提出了在当前环境下提升教师能力发展的技巧与策略。The popularity of applications of IT in education presents new rcquircmants for teachers＇ development. This paper firstly discusses the role of teachers in the traditional class teaching, and then analyzes the new requirements of the informa- tion environment for the development of teachers based on the application of information technology in teaching. At the end, the paper suggests the skills and strategies for the development of teachers＇ capabilities.
